Service & Estimate Disclaimer
All content, project timelines, and pricing estimates provided via our digital platforms or SMS are for informational purposes and preliminary planning only. Final pricing and project scopes are subject to an on-site evaluation and must be formally executed in a separate, written construction agreement signed by both parties.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Redeye Construction LLC offers a mobile messaging program to communicate with customers regarding active projects, schedule estimates, coordinate crew arrivals, and send service updates
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and completing any contact or estimate form on our website, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Redeye Construction LLC.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text the keyword STOP to our number. Once you send the message STOP, we will send you a one-time SMS to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us
Help and Support: If you experience any issues with our text messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance. You can also reach our support team directly by emailing [email protected] or by calling 360-947-5118.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your ongoing project needs, active estimates, and scheduling coordination.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our website and digital services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to inquiring about, scheduling, or managing our concrete and construction services.
